Roxanne Dalpos

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, NCC

Roxanne Dalpos is a licensed psychotherapist in Arizona and a nationally certified counselor specializing in trauma, addiction, personality concerns, and psychological assessment. With extensive training in EMDR, schema therapy, trauma resolution, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation, Roxanne takes an integrative approach to therapy for individuals, families, and couples. As Clinical Director, she oversees group and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, ensuring expert care tailored to each client’s needs.

She leads a multicultural and bilingual team offering specialized treatment for anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation through individual, group, and IOP counseling. Her team also provides specialized programs in DBT, anger management, domestic violence, and trauma recovery, along with court-related services such as DUI programs for the DMV and family court-approved services. Additionally, she supports adolescents and teens facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Roxanne is committed to fostering a therapeutic space where clients can heal, grow, and achieve lasting well-being.

James Heiskell

Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC

James Heiskell is a licensed professional counselor who helps individuals, couples, and families create lasting change through solution-focused therapy. Using evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and creative arts therapy, he supports adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, anger, substance use, and depression. Specializing in the Gottman Method, he assists couples and families in improving communication and reestablishing healthy boundaries.

James believes that every thought has the potential to shape a person’s reality, and he challenges clients to take charge of their growth. His approach is both supportive and structured, providing accountability while empowering individuals to forge new paths. He is committed to helping clients develop the skills, mindset, and strategies needed to move forward with confidence and clarity.
